With several years of experience in civil and commercial litigation, banking litigation, construction law, and extraordinary proceedings, Emy manages legal files with precision and efficiency. At INF, Emy collaborates on the drafting of legal documents, conducts in-depth legal research in various databases and coordinates with clients to optimize legal processes. She also oversees strategic watches to ensure that our lawyers are kept apprised of the latest developments in several key sectors of interest to our clients. She works closely with our litigators in preparing hearings, both at trial and on appeal. Her expertise and ability to anticipate the needs of our lawyers make her an essential ally in handling complex cases. Her methodical approach and attention to detail ensure the smoothness of processes and the strategic advancement of cases.
Emy completed a six-month internship in international cooperation and development in the Tela region of Honduras. She is recognized as a key volunteer at the Association des neurotraumatisés de l'Outaouais (ANO) (helping victims of neurotrauma).
She has been a member of the Canadian Association of Paralegals since 2019.
